Returns and Refund Policy
All of our items are individually hand made with great care to the highest quality. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please email in the first instance to info@pawsandglow.com. Please put "return" in the subject line and include in the email why you would like to return it. If the item is damaged please include photos where possible.
We will reply with mailing information, and you can then send it back to us it in all its original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Please note:
You (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the returning item, unless it is our mistake or the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item is being returned because of a change of mind, we will refund the purchase price less a 10 per cent restocking fee or exchange the item within 14 days of return, providing the item is in original condition. If the item is damaged we will refund your purchase price in full.
We are unable to offer a refund for items not manufactured by ourselves which are those sold by Patty Pams.

We are unable to refund personalised items as these are made to order.
